
Ingredients: cornflour 7 teaspoon; 2 peeled potatoes; salt & pepper sufficiently; some celery; cooking oil; grated cheese
The steps:
1. boiled those potatoes and peeled
2. prepare the cornflour by mixing it with salt, celery, and grated cheese
3. put the boiled-peeled potatoes into the mixing flour; knead by hand until it is smooth and can be in shape



4. then you need to form the dough uniquely or randomly as you wish
5. fry them with the cooking oil
6. as it is cooked, drain well, then serve it with soya (kecap), tomato sauce or mayo.
